Our group travelled to this year's 22nd European Congress of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) in Prague, Czech Republic. Among poster and oral presentations, Jasmine Vergauwe organized a symposium titled "New Insights into Leadership Research: Dark-Side Dynamics and Follower Outcomes" with speakers Louisa Vofrei, Sarah Cameron, Yara Bouckaert and Christina Nill from Bonn University, Germany.
