Qi Luo

Qi started her life in Belgium in 2021 when she came to Belgium for her Research Master of Psychology: Theory and Research at KU Leuven. After that, she started her PhD in 2023. Her research topic is about the cross-cultural differences in emotion dynamics between leader and followers. By using some advanced statistical methods, like profile analysis, time-series analysis and cluster analysis, she will unravel how culture modulate the emotion dynamics during leader-follower interactions. Qi loves cooking and her favorite video game is "Overcoooked".
