Idhuna Degryse

Idhuna is a PhD researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her research focuses on burnout vulnerability profiles and targeted interventions to advance personalized burnout prevention. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Psychology and Education. Beyond her doctoral work, Idhuna serves as a junior board member of the Belgian Association for Psychological Sciences. She is further expanding her clinical expertise through advanced training in trauma therapy, with a particular interest in psychosomatic approaches. 

Idhuna might attend I-O conferences (e.g., EAWOP), occupational health conferences (e.g., EAOHP), or psychological science conferences (e.g., BAPS).
