Dr. Theresa Leyens

Theresa Leyens obtained her PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in December 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Joeri Hofmans. Since January 2025 she has been a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology. Her work focuses on personality dynamics, more specifically on contextualized personality assessment and behavioral signatures – pattern-based approaches that capture how individuals express personality dynamically across different situations.
