Louisa Vofrei

Louisa is a PhD researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, focusing on leadership and personality in the workplace. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from PPLE College at the University of Amsterdam and a Joint International Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology. Her doctoral research examines the dynamic nature of the Dark Triad, exploring how these traits fluctuate over time and within individuals at work, as well as the factors that predict darker personality expressions. Her aim is to develop evidence-based recommendations to help prevent the emergence of darker personality expressions in organizational contexts, particularly in leadership behavior.
