Tim Vantilborgh

Tim Vantilborgh is professor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. My research focuses on employee wellbeing (burnout, stress) and employee-employer exchange relationships (psychological contracts). Moreover, I am particularly interested in understanding workplace phenomena from a dynamic perspective. My teaching focuses on research methods (psychometrics and quantitative research methods) and evidence-based human resources management. I am currently appointed as the head of the psychology department in the faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the VUB. I also serve in the executive committee of the Belgian Association for Psychological Sciences. I my spare time, I enjoy working on data science projects as a consultant.
