Xiaohan (Cassie) Xu

I joined the WOPS Group in April 2025. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. Before joining the team, I worked as a research assistant in the Organizational Behavior Department at CEIBS.
My research interests center on personality and organizational behavior, including dark personality traits, especially Machiavellianism, as well as interpersonal processes at work and workplace dynamics.

Outside of research, I enjoy strength training, Pilates, and playing board games.
