Femke Legroux

Femke is a doctoral researcher at Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek (FWO) and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Her work examines the interaction between job demands, job resources, and burnout, with particular attention to how these processes unfold over time at the individual level. She applies longitudinal and multilevel methods, meta-analytic techniques, and experience sampling to capture these (reciprocal) relationships and within-person dynamics.

With a background in work and organizational psychology, Femke combines research with teaching and collaboration within the university. Her doctoral project builds on earlier studies, aiming to provide insights into how organizations and individuals can better understand and respond to workplace challenges.
