Personal information
I work as an assistant professor in the Department of Management and Organization, in the School of Business and Economics of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
I obtained my Master’s degree in sociology (with a specialization in Change Management) at the Eötvös Lóránt University in Budapest, Hungary, and my PhD (2016) in work psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, in Belgium. I have obtained diverse organizational experience both in and outside academia, having worked in the Prime Minister’s Office in Hungary, in the European Commission, in the Centre for Creative Leadership, and in Notre Europe, the think tank of former President of the European Commission, Jacques Delors.
Research
My main research interests are critical perspectives on leadership; gender, diversity and power relations in the workplace; and the role of ideology at work.
Teaching
I teach courses on leadership, diversity in organizations, ethics (applied to leadership and change management), and creative writing. I'm also the internship and thesis coordinator for the master's program 'Leadership and Change Management'.
