Yara Bouckaert, Louisa Vofrei, Nina Joncyk, Annika Mertens, Meikel Soliman, Laura Venz, and David Loschelder received the EAWOPii Research Dissemination Award in the category "Women and Minorities" at the 2025 Congress of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology. The EAWOP impact incubator is an initiative that aims to translate insights from Work and Organizational Psychology to inform policy-makers across Europe.
